Ingredients

- 4 tablespoons cold unsalted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup light olive oil
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1–¾ cups all-purpose flour

Instructions
