  • 1.5 lbs chicken breasts
  • 1 pack Hawaiian rolls (12 count)
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 2 cups barbecue sauce
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 red onion, sliced
  • 12 squares Colby jack cheese

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in 1 cup of barbecue sauce for at least 30 minutes (ideally overnight).
  2. Cook bacon in a skillet over low heat until crispy; drain on paper towels.
  3. Grill marinated chicken over medium heat for about 6 minutes, basting with additional barbecue sauce until fully cooked.
  4. Slice Hawaiian rolls and spread mayonnaise on the bottom halves.
  5. Assemble sliders by adding grilled chicken, cheese, bacon, red onions, lettuce, and ranch dressing.
  6. Place the tops of the rolls on each slider and serve.
