- 1 (10 oz) bag peanut butter chips
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, cake flour, cornstarch, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- In a stand mixer, cream together butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and peanut butter until smooth.
- Add egg, egg yolk, and vanilla; mix until incorporated.
- Gradually add dry ingredients while mixing on low speed until combined. Fold in peanut butter chips.
- Scoop dough into balls and place them on prepared sheets. Bake for 9–11 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
