Ingredients
- ¾ cup unsalted butter
- ½ cup Biscoff cookie butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1¼ teaspoons baking powder
- ⅔ cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9” x 9” pan and line it with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter and let it cool slightly. In a bowl, combine melted butter, cookie butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Whisk until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla; mix for about 30 seconds. Gradually fold in flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon until just combined. Gently add white chocolate chips.
