- 1 tsp chili powder

- 1 tsp cumin
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp hot sauce
- 6 large tortillas (burrito size)
- 6 tostas
- 6 fajita size tortillas (to close the wrap)
- ⅓ cup sour cream
- 1½ cup cheese, shredded
- 1½ cup romaine, shredded
- ½ cup salsa (optional)
- 1 avocado, sliced thin (optional)
- 2 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté chopped onions until translucent.
- Add garlic powder, chili powder, paprika, cumin, salt, tomatoes, black beans, jalapeños, and hot sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes until heated through.
- On a burrito-sized tortilla, place a scoop of the black bean mixture. Layer cheese, sour cream, romaine lettuce, and optional toppings like avocado.
- Top with a tostada and fold the wrap securely around it.
- In the same skillet, cook the wrapped crunch on both sides for 2-3 minutes each until golden brown.
