- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper.

- Roll the cake with the parchment paper immediately after baking; cool for about 10 minutes.

- Unroll the cooled cake gently, spread frosting over it except for one end, then re-roll tightly.
