Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Prepare Swiss meringue by heating egg whites and granulated sugar over a double boiler until sugar dissolves. Whip until stiff peaks form.

- Once shells cool, pipe the filling onto half and sandwich with another shell.
