Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar (for cinnamon sugar)
  • 2 Tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 (8 oz) packages softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar (for filling)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 (8 oz) cans Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix 1/2 cup sugar and 2 Tbsp cinnamon for the topping.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth; add in 1/2 cup sugar, egg, and vanilla until creamy.
  4. Prepare a 9×13" baking pan by spraying it with non-stick spray and sprinkling half of the cinnamon sugar mixture in the bottom.
  5. Roll out one can of crescent dough into a single sheet and press it into the pan over the cinnamon layer.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on top of the dough.
  7. Roll out the second can of dough and place it on top of the cheesecake filling.
  8. Sprinkle remaining cinnamon sugar on top and bake for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
