Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar (for cinnamon sugar)
- 2 Tbsp ground cinnamon
- 2 (8 oz) packages softened cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar (for filling)
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 (8 oz) cans Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, mix 1/2 cup sugar and 2 Tbsp cinnamon for the topping.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth; add in 1/2 cup sugar, egg, and vanilla until creamy.
- Prepare a 9×13" baking pan by spraying it with non-stick spray and sprinkling half of the cinnamon sugar mixture in the bottom.
- Roll out one can of crescent dough into a single sheet and press it into the pan over the cinnamon layer.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on top of the dough.
- Roll out the second can of dough and place it on top of the cheesecake filling.
- Sprinkle remaining cinnamon sugar on top and bake for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
