- 1 cup sugar
- 6 tbsp cocoa powder
- 24 oz cream cheese
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Unsalted butter for frosting

- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Add milk, oil, vanilla extract, and egg; mix until combined. Stir in hot water.
