  • 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 4 strips of bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup lettuce (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup tomato (diced)
  • 1/4 cup red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy (5-7 minutes). Drain on paper towels.
  2. In the same skillet, cook the chicken breast for about 6-8 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  3. While chicken rests, crumble bacon and mix ranch seasoning with water in a small bowl.
  4. Coat chicken with the ranch mixture and set aside.
  5. Spread mayonnaise and sour cream on the tortilla.
  6. Layer ranch-coated chicken, cheeses, crumbled bacon, lettuce, tomato, and onion on the tortilla.
  7. Roll tightly and toast seam-side down in the skillet for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
