  • 10 ounces Rotel tomatoes with green chilis (undrained)
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 8 ounces cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Spray the bottom of your crockpot with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Layer the chicken breasts at the bottom.
  3. Add black beans, corn, Rotel tomatoes, ranch seasoning, and water. Mix well.
  4. Place the cream cheese on top without mixing.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  6. Shred the chicken and stir everything together before serving.
