  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 10.5 oz condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp dry ranch seasoning
  • 1.5 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
  • 4 slices cooked bacon (crumbled)
  • 5 cups frozen tater tots
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, ranch seasoning, and 1 cup of cheese. Mix well.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in the greased baking dish and sprinkle half of the crumbled bacon on top.
  4. Layer frozen tater tots over the mixture.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes; then add remaining cheese on top and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly.
