  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: Chopped peanuts, chocolate syrup, butterscotch syrup

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9-inch pie plate. In a food processor, crush the Oreos into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter and press into the pie plate. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. Beat the whipping cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla; mix well. Fold in whipped cream until combined.
