  • 1½ cups cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella, cubed
  • ½ large red onion, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
