  • 1 pound thinly sliced chicken breasts
  • 16 ounces spaghetti
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 8 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Freshly grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot, add salt, and cook the spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Combine salt, pepper, chicken bouillon, garlic powder, paprika, and thyme in a bowl. Coat the chicken slices evenly with this mixture.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté the seasoned chicken for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Remove from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet on low heat, melt butter, then add minced garlic and crushed pepper flakes; sauté for about 1 minute.
  5. Return the cooked spaghetti and sautéed chicken to the skillet, tossing gently to combine everything in the sauce. Stir in grated parmesan cheese until melted.
  6. Adjust seasoning as needed and serve garnished with fresh parsley.
