  • 1 sea bass fillet (cut into pieces)
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 stalks green onions (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the sea bass pieces with salt and pepper for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat the cooking oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
  3. Fry the marinated sea bass pieces until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté minced ginger and garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add chopped green onions and cook for another 30 seconds.
  6. Return the fried sea bass to the skillet, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Toss until fish is evenly coated.
  7. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
