  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 6 Tablespoons White Vinegar
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Freshly Grated Onion
  • 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 2 Teaspoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Teaspoon Poppy Seeds
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Celery Seed
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil while whisking constantly for about 5 minutes.
  3. Reduce heat to simmer for another 5 minutes while continuing to whisk.
  4. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
