  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
  • 2 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 oz cream cheese (cubed)
  • 2 large eggs
  • Everything bagel seasoning (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, garlic salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt mozzarella and cream cheese together for about 2 minutes; stir until smooth and let cool slightly.
  4. Mix the dry ingredients into the melted cheese mixture along with the eggs. Knead until a sticky dough forms.
