Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1-inch piece ginger
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- ½ cup mayonnaise
Instructions

- Mix gently until just combined; then shape into meatballs (about 1 to 1.5 inches).
- Bake at 400°F for 18–20 minutes or air fry at 375°F for 10–12 minutes.
- For the glaze, simmer soy sauce, honey (or brown sugar), gochujang, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and ginger in a saucepan until heated through; thicken with cornstarch and water.
- Toss cooked meatballs in the warm glaze before serving.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, gochujang, lime juice, honey, and garlic powder for the dip.
