  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free ketchup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, then drain excess fat.
  3. Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet; sauté until onion is translucent.
  4. Stir in salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried oregano; cook for another minute.
  5. In a small bowl, mix sugar-free ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise; add to the skillet and stir.
  6. Transfer the meat mixture into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle cooked bacon on top.
