Ingredients

  • 250 g Dark chocolate
  • 200 g Milk chocolate
  • 200 g Butter or baking spread
  • 150 g Golden syrup
  • 100 g Malted milk or digestive biscuits (broken)
  • 75 g Mini marshmallows (gelatine-free if vegetarian)
  • 200 g Maltesers

Instructions

  1. Line an 8-inch square tin with baking paper.
  2. In a saucepan, melt together dark chocolate, milk chocolate, butter, and golden syrup over low heat. Remove from heat after melting and let cool for 10 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine broken biscuits, marshmallows, and Maltesers. Pour two-thirds of the melted chocolate mixture over the fillings and stir until coated.
  4. Transfer the mixture into the lined tin, smoothing it down. Pour the remaining chocolate on top and add extra Maltesers for garnish.
  5. Chill in the fridge for 3-4 hours or overnight until set.
  6. Slice into pieces and store in an airtight container.
