  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (Dutch process)
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup marshmallow creme

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Prepare a 9×9-inch baking pan by spraying with nonstick spray and lining the bottom and sides with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and salt.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat sugar, eggs, and egg yolk until pale. Mix in melted butter, oil, and vanilla until combined.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture; fold in chocolate chips gently.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan. Dollop melted marshmallow fluff on top and swirl lightly with a knife.
  6. Bake for 45-55 minutes until a toothpick comes out slightly wet but not covered in batter.
  7. Cool completely on a wire rack before slicing into squares.
