- Melt the butter and marshmallows in the bowl, whisking until smooth (2-4 minutes).
- Remove from heat, add salt and red food coloring; whisk until combined.
- In a separate bowl, pour Rice Bubbles and coat them thoroughly with the marshmallow mixture.
- Lightly oil your hands and shape the mixture into oval forms resembling brains. Use a butter knife to create dents and draw veins with a toothpick dipped in food coloring.
