  • 6 cups regular marshmallows
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 4 cups Rice Bubbles (Krispies)
  • Red food coloring

Instructions

  1. Prepare a Bain-Marie by boiling water in a small pot. Place a large heatproof bowl over it.
  2. Melt the butter and marshmallows in the bowl, whisking until smooth (2-4 minutes).
  3. Remove from heat, add salt and red food coloring; whisk until combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, pour Rice Bubbles and coat them thoroughly with the marshmallow mixture.
  5. Lightly oil your hands and shape the mixture into oval forms resembling brains. Use a butter knife to create dents and draw veins with a toothpick dipped in food coloring.
