  • 8 ounces whipped cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup tartar sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 pound jumbo lump or lump crab meat
  • 1/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • fresh chopped parsley (to garnish)
  • sliced and toasted baguette (for dipping)
  • olive oil cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a shallow baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine whipped cream cheese, tartar sauce, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce (if using), Old Bay seasoning, and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the crab meat and half of both cheeses.
  4. Transfer to the greased baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until melted and bubbly.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm with toasted baguette or crackers.
