  • 1 (3 oz) box orange jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar (divided)
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Zest of 1 orange (optional)

Instructions

  1. Dissolve orange jello in boiling water and set aside to cool completely (approx. 30 minutes).
  2. Prepare a 9-inch springform pan by spraying it with cooking spray and lining it with parchment paper.
  3. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and salt; press into the bottom of the pan. Freeze for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Beat cream cheese and 1 cup powdered sugar until smooth; set aside.
  5. Whip heavy cream with remaining powdered sugar, vanilla, and optional zest until stiff peaks form; fold half into cream cheese mixture, then fold in jello mixture.
  6. Layer the mixtures in the crust, swirling for a marbled effect.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight until set.
  8. Once set, garnish with whipped cream and fresh orange slices before serving.
