Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz) box orange jello
- 1 cup boiling water
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese (softened)
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar (divided)
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Zest of 1 orange (optional)
Instructions
- Dissolve orange jello in boiling water and set aside to cool completely (approx. 30 minutes).
- Prepare a 9-inch springform pan by spraying it with cooking spray and lining it with parchment paper.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and salt; press into the bottom of the pan. Freeze for at least 30 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese and 1 cup powdered sugar until smooth; set aside.
- Whip heavy cream with remaining powdered sugar, vanilla, and optional zest until stiff peaks form; fold half into cream cheese mixture, then fold in jello mixture.
- Layer the mixtures in the crust, swirling for a marbled effect.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight until set.
