  • ½ cup vanilla flavored protein powder
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine oat flour, protein powder, pumpkin puree, Greek yogurt, eggs, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon until just mixed.
  3. Gently fold in dark chocolate chips.

  5. Bake for 35-45 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
