  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon, ground (for batter)
  • ⅓ cup powdered sugar (or icing sugar)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract (for batter)
  • ¼ cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a muffin tin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth; set aside.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix melted butter, sugars, eggs, pumpkin puree, milk, and vanilla until well combined.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
