  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 strips cooked bacon
  • 4 slices Texas toast
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions

  2. Brush jalapeños with olive oil and place cut-side down on the baking sheet; roast for 15 minutes until slightly charred.
