  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Brown the butter in a skillet until dark amber, then mix with sugars in a stand mixer.
  2. Add eggs and vanilla; combine well.
  3. In another bowl, whisk flour, oats, chai spice, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to wet ingredients.
  4. Chill dough for 10–15 minutes.
