- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cup cucumber slices
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds (optional)
- Soy sauce or tamari for drizzling (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp with olive oil and spices; toss until coated.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink.
- In another bowl, blend mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice for the spicy mayo.
- Assemble bowls with rice as the base; top with cooked shrimp and fresh veggies. Drizzle with spicy mayo.
