  • 2 1/2 lbs baby creamer potatoes (halved)
  • 1 1/2 lbs beef smoked sausage (sliced)
  • 1 large yellow onion (diced)
  • 1 green bell pepper (diced)
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp Slap Ya Mama seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 4 Tbsp butter (cubed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. Toss halved potatoes with olive oil in a large bowl until coated.
  3. Add seasonings to the potatoes and mix well.
  4. Incorporate sliced sausage, diced onion, and bell pepper; toss to combine.
  5. Transfer mixture to the baking dish and dot with cubed butter.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 15-20 minutes until potatoes are fork-tender.
