- 1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar

- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour, spooned & leveled
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup (135g) white chocolate chips, plus a few extra for garnish
- 1 cup (140g) dried cranberries, plus a few extra for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar using a mixer.
- Beat in an egg and vanilla until smooth.
