- 3/4 cup sourdough discard
- 3/4 cup water
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 6 tablespoons melted butter (plus more for filling)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon for the filling.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add water, sourdough discard, melted butter, and honey to the dry ingredients. Mix until combined.

- Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread the cinnamon filling evenly over it.
- Roll the dough into a log and slice into 12 equal pieces.
- Arrange rolls in a greased baking dish and bake for 25–35 minutes until golden brown.
