  • 3/4 cup sourdough discard
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter (plus more for filling)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • Cream cheese (for frosting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.

  7. Roll the dough into a log and slice into 12 equal pieces.
