Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
- 2. In one bowl, combine dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, spices, and sugar.
- 3. In another bowl, mix wet ingredients: canola oil, pumpkin, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- 4. Gradually combine wet and dry mixtures without overmixing.
