  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup light brown sugar (packed)
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a 9×9-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until it resembles wet sand. Press this mixture into the bottom of the prepared dish.
  3. In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese, eggs, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth. Spread evenly over the crust.

  5. For the crumble topping, whisk flour, brown sugar, and salt in a medium bowl; stir in melted butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over the strawberries.
