Ingredients
- 36 Golden Oreo cookies
- ½ cup unsalted melted butter
- 6 oz berry blue gelatin
- 2/3 cup boiling water
- ½ cup Greek yogurt (cold)
- 1 ½ cups fresh blueberries
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1¾ cups whipped cream (Cool Whip or homemade)
- 6 oz strawberry jello
- 1¼ cups boiling water + ¾ cup iced water
- 4 cups sliced strawberries
Instructions
- For the crust, crush the Golden Oreos and mix with melted butter. Press into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Prepare the blue layer by dissolving berry blue gelatin in boiling water. Cool slightly before mixing in Greek yogurt and folding in blueberries. Pour over the crust and refrigerate until set.
- In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold in whipped cream and spread over the blue layer.
- Dissolve strawberry jello in boiling water, then add iced water once cooled slightly. Pour over the cream cheese layer and refrigerate until fully set.
- Decorate with additional whipped cream and sprinkles before serving.
