  • 1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 container (7 ounces) plain Greek yogurt
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon ground cayenne
  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken by rubbing it with lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix the marinade ingredients in a bowl and coat the chicken thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for 6 to 24 hours.
  2. Preheat the oven broiler or set to 450°F if broiler is unavailable. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
  3. Place the marinated chicken on the baking sheet and cook for about 15-20 minutes until dry on top. Flip and cook for another 10 minutes until fully cooked.
