- 1/2 cup white sugar

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 2/3 cups chocolate chips
- 28 Oreo cookies
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (for brownie layer)
- 6 oz dark chocolate
- 1 cup granulated sugar (for brownie layer)
- 2 large eggs (for brownie layer)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (for brownie layer)
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (for brownie layer)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F (180C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan and line with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until fluffy. Add the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla; mix well.
- Gradually add flour and salt; fold in chocolate chips.
- Spread half of the cookie dough in the prepared pan; layer Oreos on top.
