  • 4 cups cooked brown rice
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup cucumber slices
  • Sriracha (to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons mayo
  • 2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In two bowls, mix the spicy tuna filling (hearts of palm, mayo, Old Bay, sriracha) and California filling (hearts of palm, mayo, Old Bay, sesame oil) until combined.
